We are going to start writing a different version of the Dick Whittington. I am going to choose the character this time, next week the children can add in their own. We are going to change Dick to Diana - see the changes below
Today I would like the children to write the opening and build up. They should write the version that they have learned just changing as it says above.
History
Today we will recap primary and secondary evidence and how things created from the time (primary evidence) is more reliable. We will look at a diary (below) written at the time of the Great Fire of London and write what facts we know from this.
